Reincarnation of King Arthur?

Ok,
Well I was reading Wikipedia and somehow I came across this guy named Arthur Uther Pendragon (photo on the right), who was born as John Timothy Rothewell. This guy apparently believes that he is the reincarnation of the medieval King Arthur of the Round Table because he found numerous coincidences between him and the real King Arthur. He evencarries a sword created by an effects designer that is supposed to be the legendary Excalibur from the stone. He bought this sword when he saw it in a store display window and was worth £3000 (without the fact that it was memorabilia, which would increase the price). The owner said that it was not for sale and only the true King Arthur could take it. Pendragon, showing his I.D., received the sword for only  £100.   The funny part about it is that this sword was created for the movie "Excalibur," which was released in 1981. I in no way mean to say that he is not the reincarnation of King Arthur, but that the actual chances seem kind of rare. Here is a link to the article:
